National Youth Ranch Rodeo Association Finals

The 2026 Finals Rodeo will be held late July in Oklahoma.

2025 Finals Checklist/Instructions
 

STEP 1 : Submit Contestant Pullover Size​

2025 Finalists will receive an NYRRA Qualifier pullover. Submit size by June 23rd at midnight for Finals pick up. Pullovers will NOT be ordered for any contestants that have not yet paid their membership fee.

Members will be responsible for shipping on any pullovers ordered after June 23rd.

Step 2 : Enter the Finals

To participate in the 2025 Finals, contestants must complete the online entry form. Entry fees must be paid online by July 12th or mailed to the NYRRA secretary at P.O. Box 25, Jet, Oklahoma 73749, postmarked no later than July 12th

Step 3: Submit Finals program picture and order Finals program.

To be featured in the Finals program, team pictures and team sponsors must be submitted no later than July 12th. Communicate with your team and determine who will submit the team picture. Non-submissions or late submissions will result in incomplete team information in the Finals Program. Individual pictures of contestants will not be used. Programs can be purchased here by July 12th for a discount! Programs will be picked up at Finals check in.

STEP 4 : Order Banquet Tickets​

Members will receive one complimentary ticket in their welcome packet for their banquet meal. All other attendees must purchase banquet meal tickets online ahead of time. Banquet tickets must be purchased by July 12th and will be picked up at Finals check in. Adult banquet tickets are $15.  Eight and under banquets tickets are $10.

​STEP 5 - Reserve Stalls and Call Your Vet to Schedule Up to Date​ Coggins/Health Papers

Stalls are $25/night and must be reserved by July 12th to avoid a $15 late fee. Contestants provide their own shavings. Current Coggins paperwork is required for any horse to enter the arena and must be provided at horse check-in. ​Additionally, 30 day health papers are required for horses traveling from out of state. 

STEP 6 - Book Hotel Accommodations or Reserve RV Spots

There are a limited number of discounted rooms available at Country Inn & Suites in Enid, Oklahoma. Discounted rooms can be booked for any number of nights from 7/25 through 7/27. Don't forget that the NYRRA Men's Rodeo Fundraiser will be held Friday, July 25th! Make plans to come out and help support your favorite youth rodeo association!

Step 7 : Visit the Finals Tee Shirt Store

2025 Finals t-shirts are available in a brand new design and a revamped 2024 Finals design!

Different color options, along with hoodies and sweatshirts, are up for grabs this year. Orders will close July 10th at noon and will be picked up at Finals check in.  If shipping is chosen during checkout, items will be mailed by July 24th. 

Step 8 : Skip the Line and Pre-purchase any Needed Entry Tickets:

(Parents of contestants will receive a complimentary Saturday and Sunday NYRRA Finals Rodeo entrance pass at the contestant check-in table on Saturday.)

Adults - $15

Children 7-12 - $10

6 & Under - FREE

Purchase a full weekend pass (Friday -Sunday) for $5 extra per adult/child.

Youth Ranch Rodeo Finals Tickets: for July 26th & 27th:

Adult - $10

Children 7-12 - $5

6 & Under - FREE

Purchase a weekend pass (Saturday & Sunday) for $5 extra per adult/child.
