Interested in becoming an NYRRA Affiliate?

 

NYRRA affiliates are the heart of the National Youth Ranch Rodeo Association and the NYRRA is here to help your association succeed every step of the way!

From promoting your rodeo or series online to showing up and helping out in the arena when requested, the NYRRA is dedicated to supporting your sanctioned event. Affiliate rodeos are responsible for a $100/rodeo fee OR for securing a $500 NYRRA Bronze level sponsorship for the NYRRA. The sponsorship securement route will cover all rodeos you produce for the season. Sponsorship forms can be found here.

 

What does it take?

#1 Rodeo producers must operate as a non-profit.

#2 You must use the NYRRA rulebook.

#3 Your rodeo secretary must submit a post-rodeo report.

(This is a list of teams that competed at your rodeo

along with NYRRA fees collected from contestants - $10 NYRRA members, $15 non-members).

 

Other useful information:

Contestants must compete in any 5 NYRRA sanctioned rodeos to qualify for NYRRA Finals.

Affiliates do not have to produce every event and every age division. However, all events produced must utilize the 2026 Rulebook rules 

Affiliates producing at least 5 rodeos are eligible for a voting seat at the annual meeting.
